What Integral IV offers in Duncan

Nurse-led medical wellness, not aesthetics

Integral IV is a nurse-led medical wellness clinic, not an aesthetics or cosmetic clinic. Every plan is directed by a Nurse Practitioner and every infusion is delivered by a Registered Nurse. Our focus is your energy, recovery, and long-term vitality.

Delivered directly into the bloodstream

Delivered straight into your bloodstream, IV therapy skips the digestive system, so fluids, electrolytes, trace minerals, B vitamins, and amino acids reach your cells quickly and completely, without the absorption limits and delays of oral supplements.

A plan made for you

Your care begins with a personalized assessment with Jackie Muth, our Nurse Practitioner. Jackie reviews your health history, goals, and safety screening, then authorizes a treatment plan tailored to you. Once that plan is in place, our core infusions book on short notice.

You settle into a leather recliner in a calm, welcoming space. Your Registered Nurse confirms your consent and your current treatment plan, places the IV line, then starts and gently monitors your infusion, checking in with you throughout. Most people feel a brief pinch when the line is placed, then settle in comfortably.
How long does a visit take?
It depends on the infusion, from a 5-minute B12 injection to about 30 to 45 minutes for most drips, up to a couple of hours for larger or specialty infusions. We will tell you the timing when you book.

Is there anyone who should not have IV therapy?
Some conditions mean certain infusions are not suitable, including pregnancy, breastfeeding, kidney disease, high blood pressure, heart conditions, and some bleeding disorders. Your assessment screens for these so your care always stays safe and appropriate for you.
Do you accept walk-ins?
No. Every visit requires a current, Nurse Practitioner-authorized treatment plan, so we do not accept walk-in clients without one. If you do not have a plan yet, start with a new client assessment.
